There’s something I’ve been reflecting on over time…

How often small commitments quietly shape larger perceptions.

A message left unanswered.
A timeline casually extended.
A “I’ll get back to you” that slips through.

Individually, these moments seem minor.

Easy to overlook.
Easy to justify.

But over time, they begin to form a pattern.

Not necessarily of ability…
But of reliability.

I’ve come to realise that reliability is rarely tested in big moments first.

It is built—and sometimes revealed—in the smaller ones we tend to ignore.

People may appreciate talent.

But in my experience, they tend to place their trust in consistency.
