And yet, a broader transition challenge remains. Not what students know—but how they apply, communicate and operate in real situations.
This is increasingly visible in campus hiring. Candidates get shortlisted on knowledge. They get selected on how they think, respond and engage.
During our ProCompass Campus to Corporate Readiness Program at AIMK, this came through strongly in student interactions.
